This is the LGB 1615 Left Hand Wide Radius Switch. Its more recent reissue number is 16150. The included LGB manual throw can be installed on either side. This does not include the 1201 remote throw.
This is designed to work with wide radius 1600 or 16000 8 ft diameter curved track. It measures approximately 16 inches long.

CONDITION: C-5. Used outside. Some plastic ties may be a little loose; missing a tie at the top of the curved section. Has the manual throw attached, and it works well. Ties are dusty.
